Clevr is a high-growth, high-energy wellness brand based in coastal California. We make approachable wellness products that address our most common modern problemsāenergy, focus, stress and sleep. Our barista-inspired, science-backed āSuperLattesā shook up the functional drink spaceāweāve served 4million lattes to date, earned an evangelistic customer base, plus support from female luminaries like Oprah and Meghan Markle. We are a mission driven brand, with a focus on regenerative, sustainable sourcing, and we donate 1% of revenue to organizations fighting for food justice.

The Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven head of DTC who wants to have a starring role in our growth narrative. Youāre ready to own our funnel from the first touchpoint to first purchase, and to build out an A+ team to help you reach your goals (weāre aware a Head of Growth isnāt a silver bulletāyouāre going to need support!) Ideally, youāve spent the last few years at a performance marketing agency or an 8 figure DTC e-commerce brand.

What you'll do:
- Success will be measured by growth and profitability of customer acquisition, ability to scale ad spend to meet revenue goals, depth of customer engagement, and growth of subscription program
Ā
- Establish and execute efficient multi-channel growth strategies including, but not limited to: paid social, affiliate, SEO/SEM, Podcast, OOH, owning KPIs per channel (CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, Subscription Growth)

- Own strategy for scaling non-paid acquisition efforts and building a robust, multi-faceted growth model that can compliment paid channels

- Build and manage an A+ team to support you in meeting your goals

- Own the strategy and testing schedule of performance-driven creative for ads and website / landing page content.

- Manage current external partners associated with growth (Affiliate team, Amazon Ads team, Paid Social team)

- Develop and maintain the e-commerce budget, including ad spend and contractor spend
Ā
- Own strategy for post-click site experience, including CRO, landing pages and UX improvements
Ā
- Concept, test, and recommend merchandising & pricing strategies
- Maintain an understanding of key consumers segments to help promote brand loyalty and grow the businesses with respect to digital connectivity, community and brand authenticity

Who you are:
- 5+ years experience working in DTC e-commerce growth marketing
- You are data driven, using data as your north star to guide all strategy and decision making
- Proven success with paid social (FB/IG, Pinterest, Tiktok), Youtube, CRO efforts, programmatic display, paid search and SEO.
- Youāre tuned into the best practices for content creation across paid channels
- Expert in Shopify, attribution modeling, Google Analytics and website / landing page conversion rate optimization.
- Youāre comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in your day to day
- You love to work hard, learn fast, and make an impact right away
